I am an attorney who practices her profession with great passion and preparation, with the belief that clients need and deserve great care and a specific kind of attention. I have always sought to combine a deep examination of the topic at hand with the need to reach a speedy resolution.
I have practiced law since 1998, when I was graduated by the Faculty of Law at the University of Modena and of Reggio Emilia. I am a member of the Rome bar, and I consulted, collaborated and worked with major law firms throughout Italy, The Unites States of America, Australia and The United Arab Emirates with a specialization in the field of civil law, both on the Italian level and internationally, thanks in part to language skills that include English, French, and German.
I have worked as a consultant specializing in negotiating financial settlements, including the determination of the correct legal strategy related to loan recovery, for a major financial entity whose activities include managing the debts acquired by one of Italy’s most important banking groups.
I also specialize in representing the interests of private individuals and companies through services in preparing all kinds of contracts as well as the resolution of damage claims related to contractual or tort issues.
In addition, I am very well versed in legal fields related to entertainment working with both individuals and film producers and with long ties to the sector.
I have also begun working in the area of immigration law, whether for citizens of European Union member states or for non-European citizens with services aimed at securing visas and residence permits.
I am also licensed by the Italian government to work with clients in difficult economic situations, with access to public funds provided in order to support their defense.
My recent specialization has been international law. I have traveled extensively to effort treaty negotiations, trade relations between individuals and representation to legal entities. Highlights include but are not limited to: Italian and foreign marriage issues, work procedures and rules for Italians overseas and vice versa, cultural exchange programming and production worldwide.
