Argia Bignami was born and grew up in Modena, where she earned her law degree. Since 1998 she has lived and worked as an attorney in Rome, specializing in the fields of civil law and, in particular in the field of extrajudicial and in a diverse array of areas that include the protection of authors’ rights, contract law, intellectual property law, immigration law, loan recovery, recovery of damages, labor law, family law, and international law.

Aside from Italy, Bignami has worked in her field in other parts of Europe, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and other countries working with clients and companies seeking expert legal representation carried out with great care and professionalism.
