The on-line consultation service allows those in need of an accurate legal opinion or strategy based on Italian or International law to have it quickly and at a reduced cost, regardless of distance, in either English or Italian. The cost and the time needed to complete the consultation will change depending on the complexity of the case in question, but an estimate will be sent free of charge and without obligation after sending a brief and precise description of the problem in question via the "Contact me" link on this site. Please be sure to tick the "On-line consultation" box under "Area of legal interest."
According to the Italian law on this matter, once the client accepts the estimate in writing and the relevant documentation is communicated, payment of half the estimate is required via PayPal, wire transfer, or bank check. At that point, the time outlined in the estimate will begin.
Upon completion of the work, the client will be notified via e-mail, and, following receipt for the balance of the payment due, the opinion will be sent electronically (or, if requested at the start of the case, via registered mail) along with an invoice marked paid.
