Protecting artists’ rights through the preparation of contracts, including contracts for the sale of works of art, plays, films, literary works, musical recordings and performances, and the protection of the rights or use for images.
» Intellectual property
Filing actions for the protection of trademarks and patents, inventions, literary works, and software, including proceedings for injunctions in cases involving plagiarism, fraud, and the violation of privacy rights.
» Contract law
Work includes the preparation of most types, for individuals or corporations, including: purchase proposals, prior sale agreements, lease and loan contracts, and corporate operations. Work also includes legal procedures tied to breaches of contracts.
» Debt recovery
This includes contact with debtors and the negotiation of settlements, and the verification of assets for debt purposes, including real estate, securities and/or third party obligations.
» Damages
Taking legal steps aimed at compensating for damages suffered as the results of breaches of contract or tort, with a strong focus on air transport, medical negligence, defamation from the media, electronic commerce, and travel-related incidents.
» Immigration law
This includes offering assistance to European and non-European citizens in navigating the administrative bureaucracy in order to obtain a visa, residence permit, or citizenship. This also includes aiding journalists in gaining accreditation to various press associations
